[mgp-users 01222] One bug -> feature, other still bug

On further consideration, I've decided that I *like* one of the
rendering differences shown in teachmeperl.com/spugstats.jpg
that's different from 1.09a. So I'd like to keep half of that
bug, and promote it to a feature! 8-} And because my proposed
change would involve a slight compression in the vertical expanse
of lines on the page, it shouldn't be a problem for people
using the 1.10 viewer to present files designed for 1.09
(although in contrast an expansion of the required vertical space
would of course be problematic). (ASCII diagram follows below).

Specifically, I think it's a *good thing* that the
wrapped-around portion of the topmost bullet item has a very
small vertical gap separating the initial line from the wrapped
portion, unlike the 1.09a form (shown on the left side of that
image), which has the full vertical gap for the wrapped portion.
In my book, that's a useful new *feature*, that makes it easier
to see that the top two lines are part of the same bullet item,
whereas the 3rd starts a new bullet item.

On the other hand, it's undesirable that the same diminished
vertical gap was used (on the right side) to separate the 2nd
bullet item from the first; that should have been a full gap.
That's a bug, IMHO.

To make this distinction more clear, here's an ASCII mockup
of the differences I'm referring to.
