the spec files are very easy to handle.
most likely, the new spec file should look like this
(only showing below the lines that change).
the version will be different, the source file will be
different and the directory to cd to at setup time
(just after untarring and just before compilation)
would have to change.

it would be important if you can put this in *before* you
release 1.07a, so that people don't have to modify your spec
file at all.

here are the lines that will need to be changed:


%define version 1.07a

Source:         magicpoint-%{version}.tar.gz

%setup -q -n magicpoint-%{version}
