good idea! the identifiers in the dontshow
clause could be simple regular expressions: dontshow examples-*
you may not even need reg-exprs. simplicity is good. for
instance, substring matches might just do: dontshow examples-
btw, i know what you mean by "scope" now .... yes,
scope would be good.
