First off, I think Magic Point is an excellent application. It is what I
turn to first for doing presentations. So my suggestion is not meant to
disuade you from using MagicPoint. But, if a functionality you like in
PowerPoint is missing, and your not up to hacking the code, then perhaps
look at OpenOffice. They have a nice presentation program.. Also, there
is kpresenter...
