In the "kit/contrib" there is a script "tex2eps.sh" with instructions for usage at the beginning. It can be called from within magicpoint and will then generate everything automatically. I have made a trivial extension to use LaTeX instead of TeX and attach it here. A preprocessor for automatically generating the *.eps files from LaTeX snippers was posted on this list a while ago.
