How heavily you needed to modify those? I usually have no problem
with my slides even if some text is rendered differently (like
linebreak is placed in different location in a line).
Sometimes I need to remove one or two blank lines, nothing more.
(I'm guessing what is the problem for you, so I may be wrong)
If you are, for example, trying to draw diagram using text, what you
really need to do is to fixed-width fonts (don't play with spaces).
