	Just FYI:
	Starting this week's snapshot, GIF support became optional.
	If you want to enable it, you need to specify "--enable-gif" 
	on configure.  All sample files are now using jpg.

	GIF support will be gone sometime soon (due to Unisys patent issue),
	maybe when PNG support is added.
