OK, thanks for the answer.

the fonts I mentionned are adobe Type1 fonts (.pfb).

When I generate test.ps from an mgp file which contains the Garamond
font and others, in the test.ps file I only see the lines (with font)

/F002 {/Helvetica findfont exch scalefont setfont} def
/F002 {/Helvetica findfont exch scalefont setfont} def

If I change that manually in

/F002 {/Garamond-medium findfont exch scalefont setfont} def
/F002 {/Garamond-medium findfont exch scalefont setfont} def

(Garamond has been inserted in the Fontmap of ghoscript and garmndmi.pfb
is in the ghoscript's font dir)

then gv test.ps displays correctly the fonts.
No way to do that automatically ?
One problem might be that even when I insert more than one font, the .ps
include only Helvetica.

And one other problem is that The european characters (é,è,...) are not
displayed in the ps file (while are in the mgp).
