   -d [interval]
             Demonstration mode.  Browse all page automatically, spending
             interval secounds on each page and terminate. If interval is not
             specified, it will be set to 0.

Iirc mgp can't restart the presentation after the last slide. Perhaps
you can use some shell scripting.
