You miss the point. By the time the spam has reach your anti-spam
filter it's too late. If anti-spam precautions were applied by the
mailing list -- eg the MAPS balcklists, restricting postings to
subscribers, etc -- the list wouldn't be propagating spam. The
underlying problem needs to be fixed.
