[mgp-users 00801] text in eps with transparent background

Hello mgp experts,

I try to integrate some eps figures in a mgp presentation. The figures
include text (e.g. axis labels in X/Y graphs) and have a transparent
background. Unfortunately, the labels are rendered not very
beautifully this way. Light (eps figure) letters on dark (mgp)
background appear fuzzy, and dark letters on light background are
almost unreadable because they seem to be bordered by white pixels. If
I use eps figures with solid background, the results are much better
-- anyway, is there a trick to obtain more readable results with
"transparent" eps figures?

Best quality would possibly be achieved by "native" mgp support for a
vector graphics format like emf/wmf, or svg ... but that would be
complicated, wouldn't it ...
;-)

Thanks in advance for your help!
Ulf
