Install latest png. 
pnglib has this silly numbering convetnion. It should compile with
libpng-2.1.0.6 - I don't know about the version of the .rpm package. 

This should go to the developers too. It would be nice if ./configure
would check the libpng for these functions and suggest the right libpng
version.
