(mgp-users 00145) forwading page cache function

Hi, I have implemented forwarding page caching function in mgp.
Although it may contain some bugs, you can get this version of mgp
from brand new snapshot release.

To use forwarding page caching, please execute mgp with following
option:

        -Fxy
                x
                        x is from 0 to 2 integer.
                        This number specifies 'special effect' in page
                        increment function.
                y
                        y is from 0 to 1 integer.
                        This number specifies caching mode.
                        if y=0, mgp caches next page after 2seconds idle.
                        if y=1, mgp caches next page immediately.
