| When using "mgp -t 20 -F 1,2,10 ", the timebar goes out with the

| Some pages take time to be rendered, esp. when using freetype. In
| such cases it would be nice to be noticed when the next page is ready,
| so that the presenter can use this time, and no time is lost.

| I suggest several alternatives:

| - small completion bar
| - make cursor a watch during this time
| - red/green light icon in a corner
| - watch icon in a corner until done
